A Meaningful Visit from TÖMER Students during Elderly Week

Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center students did not forget the elderly living in Çanakkale on the occasion of 18-24 March Elderly Week. TÖMER students met with Assoc. Prof. who works at the Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center at Çanakkale Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center on March 21, 2024. Dr. Sevim İNAL and Lecturer. See. He met with the elderly accompanied by Mehtap ERDEMİR.

During the visit of TÖMER students, Çanakkale Fine Arts High School students also supported this meaningful visit by performing a music concert for the elderly.

TÖMER students chatted with the elderly and increased their morale and motivation. The visit ended with students and elderly people singing and dancing together.
